On a huge video wall of six Full-HD 60-inch LCD monitors, CIC enVision is used to navigate Dorian Weber's video archive that includes 100 4K (Red One 3840x2160 pixel) videos and over 1600 HD videos.
The hardware consists of a Windows PC, a Matrox M9188 graphic card, and six PN-E601 Full-HD LCD monitors from Sharp. The resolution of the display is 6780x1920 pixels.
On a huge video wall of six Full-HD 60-inch LCD monitors, CIC enVision is used to navigate Dorian Weber's video archive that includes 100 4K (Red One 3840x2160 pixel) videos. When the amount of videos is huge, especially for 4K videos, CIC enVision's iZoom (Infinite Zoom) technology can be very effective in quick discovery of the videos or video mining.
Dorian was born in Graz, Austria as son of a Austrian modern art painter and Professor of the Technical University in Graz. Graduated in Photography 1966. 1970 moved to Asia and worked as official photographer of the German Pavilion at Expo '70 in Osaka, Japan. After extensive traveling and living in various countries in South East Asia, Australia and South Pacific moved to Philippines. Opened a commercial photography studio in Manila. End of the 80's moved to Tokyo, Japan and started in stock photography specializing in travel images. 1996 expanded to motion pictures mainly of world destinations in 35mm . He supplied the major motion picture studios in Burbank and Hollywood with footage of needed destinations. He is now producing High Definition Motion Pictures. Mid 2009 started to produce 4K footage with the RED ONE Camera. Mid 2012 upgraded to the Red Epic and is now producing 5K footage of World Destinations.
